People's Bridge of the sun
This art installation is an immersive public space where the viewer can experience history, color, nature, texture and design with the use of materials like ceramic, bronze, cement, and glass. Signature elements were created with the help of hundreds of children and adults from the Globeville and Elyria Swansea community as well as dozens of art fabricators and designers from across the nation. This artwork is a visual manifestation of tribal philosophy, and nature-inspired design, intended to engage the public, while also horning the history of the community and the First Nations of this land. This revolutionary public art space bridges the past, present, and future in honor of all living things and as an eternal visual representation of human kindness.
