Big Dry Creek Trail Mural
This composition portrays a series of plants and animals found in Colorado’s wild open plains and grasslands. As a native to Colorado, I feel very humbled and creatively inspired by my own encounters with nature. My experiences have made me feel compelled to honor our plants and animals in a way that is larger than life. In addition, I feel that as our rural areas become more urban, it’s important for us to maintain our respect and understanding of the needs of Mother Nature.
